MOCON, Inc. - Baseline is pleased to present our service and support plans. Outlined below are plans that are designed to fit your needs and keep your system operating at top performance. Our goal is to become your partner in managing your systems needs through the life cycle of the product. We have designed these plans to meet your company's needs and budgets. Our highly trained staff as MOCON - Baseline looks forward to providing the service and support your company deserves!

Start-up & Training

MOCON - Baseline offers 1.5 days of Start-up & Training for customers who wish to have an authorized MOCON - Baseline technician on site to assist with getting their analyzer up and running.  In addition to start-up, our technician will provide basic training, working with your staff to ensure they know how to set-up methods and understand in detail how your MOCON - Baseline equipment works.  In addition the technician will provide a maintenance overview to ensure your analyzer is functioning properly.

Warranty

One (1) Year Warranty - All MOCON - Baseline  equipment comes with a one year factory warranty. This warranty covers Parts and Workmanship issues within the first year of the analyzers operation. OEM Distributors will receive an 18 month warranty period for Parts and Workmanship.

Extended Warranty - Extended Warranties are available for "NEW" analyzers only. In order to purchase an Extended Warranty it must be purchased during the original quote period or within the first year of the analyzers operation. Analyzers that have exceeded their first year's operations from date of shipment will not have the ability to purchase an Extended Warranty.

Phone and Online Support

Standard Phone and/or Online Support - MOCON - Baseline will provide up to 2 hours per month of phone and/or online support from the date a one (1) year contract is purchased. A Baseline Series certified service technician will respond within four (4) hours of your original call during normal business hours, excluding weekend and holidays. This service will also include two (2) system calibrations during the term of the contract for online customers only. First year of Standard Phone and/or Online Support is included with purchase of new analyzers.

Premium Phone and/or Online Support - MOCON - Baseline will provide up to 4 hours per month of phone and/or online support from date of purchasing a one (1) year contract. A MOCON - Baseline certified service technician will respond within one (1) hour of your original call 24 hours per day, excluding weekends and holidays. This service will also include two (2) system calibrations during the term of the contract for online customers only.

Preventive Maintenance Plans

Standard Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan - The Standard PM plan is designed to be a one (1) site visit per contract year to ensure your equipment is operating in top condition. Our certified service technician or representative will come to your site, review your equipment, replace any consumables, and make the necessary adjustments or part replacement recommendations to ensure your analyzer is operating at its peak performance.

Premium Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plan - The Premium PM plan is designed to be a two (2) site visits per contract year to ensure your equipment is operating in top condition. Our certified service technician or representative will come to your site, review your equipment, replace any consumables, and make any necessary adjustments or part replacement recommendations to ensure your analyzer is operating at its peak performance.
